A magical birthday surprise

Arriving to find a birthday surprise of chocolates and a lovely card made this stay unforgettable. The beautiful views from our balcony were the cherry on top!

While the room's heat was problematic, it didn't overshadow the charm and excellent service that made our trip special.

We loved the cozy vibe of room service and the hiking nearby; eating at the restaurant was a highlight!

The Lake Hotel is beautifully decorated with charming art throughout. I found the common areas very accessible and inviting, perfect for enjoying the stunning lake views while relaxing with friends. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Better elevator access for elderly guests would help.

We stayed for two nights, but the experience was far from pleasant. The beds were too small, more like full beds rather than actual queen or king sizes. At over 6 feet tall, I was uncomfortable the entire night. Additionally, the half glass in the shower was utterly useless, flooding the bathroom every time I took a shower. The lack of individual thermostats made our room unbearably hot. This hotel didn't live up to its stature.

The location by the lake is absolutely breathtaking, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was lovely and quite comfortable, though the bathroom could use some updates. We were particularly impressed with the friendly service from the staff, especially at the bar where the bartenders were a joy to interact with. The dining options were impressive. we particularly enjoyed our vegan meal, though a few more protein options would be beneficial. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to return.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the stunning national park and also checked out Ross Castle. Perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxing vibes. The staff were super friendly, and the meals were top-notch. Our room had beautiful views and was comfortable, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

Only minor inconvenience was a lack of available seating in common areas during busy times, but it hardly detracted from the overall experience.

The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning, with lush

gardens that made every morning feel magical. The staff was very accommodating, but the dining area could get quite busy during meal times, making service a bit slow at times. Overall, it had a lovely ambience worth experiencing.

I really enjoyed the comfy robes and slippers during my stay, and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the lake. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the noise from the maintenance area near my room, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 🌅
